You call us to place your order...We pick it up and deliver it to your door!

HOW IT WORKS: Delivery available to your home, business, or hotel in the greater Asheville area.* Please call one hour in advance of restaurant/business close time for non fast-food deliveries. We also cater to groups; please call two hours in advance for group orders (reservations accepted starting at 9:00am Mon-Sat). Orders cannot be canceled once placed; if your order is incorrectly packaged, please call us immediately. No restaurant coupons accepted. Lunch/dinner reservations strongly encouraged to decrease wait time.

*All delivery services and purchases are COD. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and business check. No personal checks please.

*$5.00 minimum order before delivery charge and taxes.

*Delivery charges start at $5.00 per delivery and are based on delivery location (see map). Multi-stop deliveries are $2.50 each additional stop. A 5% processing fee is assessed on the total product price. Any non-restaurant and fast-food purchases subject to 15% markup. Split checks and/or all orders $60 or more include 18% gratuity.

*Our drivers never carry more than $20.

*Delivery charge does not include gratuity; as our drivers strive to provide the most prompt, professional, and quality services to each one of our customers, standard tips (20%) are greatly appreciated.

* There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. * Westside Munchie Machine has the right to refuse service to anyone. * We are by no terms affiliated with, or participate in, illegal services or delivery of these services. This includes the following but not extensive list: illegal drugs, escort services or sexual services of any kind, delivery of tobacco and/or alcohol products to minors, etc. We do NOT deliver any kind of synthetic drugs (including incense, spice, etc.). Don’t even ask! * HOLIDAYS: Open til 5:00pm on St. Patrick's Day. Open til 8:00pm New Year's Eve. Closed on: Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. All services will be available until the regular closing time the day before a holiday, and business will resume the next business day during normal operating hours unless otherwise specified. * Thanks, WMM.
